Our son needed an MRI on his knee and the hospital system was super backed up. They were able to schedule us very rapidly (and cheaply - $500) for the MRI. It went perfectly and he was overjoyed by their snack selection during the imaging. Carolina had a great bedside manner with him too. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an urgent MRI for a sports injury.

The medical industry could learn a lot from how Wilson Imaging provides an excellent value, positive customer experience and a great product.

After wrangling with a traditional imaging service provider, giving way too much personal information, filling out all their forms multiple times, and a frustrating experience understanding pricing and coverage, I decided to try Wilson Imaging. The flat-rate transparent pricing and the simple and fast booking process was great.

Carolina was my MRI technician, and she was very professional and informative throughout my MRI. She was great with follow up, and I received my report and imaging a few days after my visit.

Their staff was friendly, and accommodated a quick turn-around for an appointment. The whole process was super easy...they even utilize texting to schedule and send questions through - which I loved!
Pricing was competitive and less compared to others I researched.
Once at my appointment, I was greeted with friendly staff who made my experience pleasant overall.
I also loved that I didn't need to change into a gown, and I was able to keep my cell phone and water with me which helped keep me entertained through the process!

I injured my leg playing sports and I needed an MRI on short notice before leaving town on vacation. I spent nearly 6 extremely frustrating hours calling around to get an appointment and could not find one that wasn't at least a week or two out.

Fortunately, I found Wilson Imaging. They immediately responded to my request and scheduled me for a next day MRI, even though I didn't contact them until the end of the day. Scheduling was so easy because it was over text.

The MRI itself could not have gone smoother. Their office is easy to find, immaculately clean, and full of snacks and reading material. More importantly, all of their staff, from the front desk to the radiology tech were so warm, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially after I spent many frustrating hours trying to find a place to get an MRI on short notice. I wish I had found them sooner. Highly recommend!

I found Wilson Imaging through Google when looking for an open MRI.
Everything about it sounded great to me. The website was very informative and answered many of my questions. I called and left a message and my call was returned very quickly. I still had questions that mainly were more about my own anxiety when having an MRI and Carolina answered each and every one of them patiently and reassuringly. I was able to set up an appointment right then and the date was set for less than a week away. That was perfect as I really need the results as quickly as possible. As it turned out, my orthopedic doctor was able to set up an MRI for me quickly that took my insurance and therefore I had to cancel my appointment with Wilson Imaging. I for sure would have chosen Wilson Imaging over the other MRI facility if they had been able to accept the type of insurance I have. I will definitely use their services in the future if I need to get an MRI quickly. I also found out they are just a block away from the Embarcadero BART station! Great news!!! First rate healthcare and at affordable price, very refreshing. Everything about this business is excellent, easy scheduling, on time medical facility that respects the patients time, friendly highly knowledgeable staff, great quality reads, easy to get a copy of my scan and report. Don't look anywhere else for MRI services, totally worth the $ and great to not have to go through all the insurance BS and just get my scan so my new doctor was able to find that my chronic heel pain was not resolving because I had "a linear tear" in my plantar fascia. Now I'm on the correct treatment plan with a protected weight-bearing in a walking boot. Not fun for sure, by now I feel confident in the treatment. So glad I changed my doctor and found a good podiatrist who send me to finally get an MRI of my heel. My orthopedic doctor just kept saying it would resolve "on it's own" which it was not . Given I've had a tricky knee since a baseball injury in college I'm going to request my doctor send to for an knee MRI to Wilson Imaging and see what is going on inside my knee.
