150% off off a paper. I wouldn't in there after car accident. And I've seen this for a dathey throw me out of the bus 100% they ended up. I had 3 different brittle. Cars are off the car lot and then once I gave me my car back. It was less than 8 months. This car failed and now I am stuck with this car load and the car is set in my garage. It does not run the transmissions out. They are 100%, not legit. Do not go I 100%. Do not go to the village car store on Cartwright Avenue. Do not they are slice, live people don't go, don't do it, I'm telling you Tanya. It's awful 100% awful awful. They had me in 3 different cars in 2 months. While they fixed my car, they said and it was not fixed right 8 months later. Here I am crazy. I'm so frustrated is pathetic. I'm sorry I just am. It should not be allowed to be in dealership. That's just what I'm saying bad. Bad bad people.

We bought a car a couple of weeks ago , we found out it had a few leaks , took it to shop and received a large estimate. When we called back to Village Car and told them , they had us bring it in next business day and fixed it , no charge . We are so thankful for their prompt service and great customer service. We would highly recommend this business .

I've been past this lot a few times, and they always seemed to keep clean, upscale vehicles. So when I saw a Volkswagon CC advertised on Facebook Marketplace being sold by this dealer, I decided to go take a look, even though it had over 200,000 miles.
The car was beautiful. Decided to buy it on Saturday. By Monday, something was wrong with the transmission/drivetrain. Went in and spoke to Steve, and he told me to bring it back in, even though it was an 'as is' sale. He said that a car should last more than two days after you buy it.
That's why I went to that type of dealer, one who cares about their reputation, and keeps things fair. Could have easily said "Sorry, as-is, and I'd have been stuck with a big bill.
I will tell everyone I know how they treated me. You dont find this type of professionalism too often today. This wont be the last car that I buy from them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katherine G.Columbus, OH17142Jul 29, 2018
This is a 3 generation, family-owned enterprise. Zach, the owner, is very selective and chooses cars that appear to be in excellent condition. He sets price points that are very competitive, particularly for the quality of the cars he offers. He specializes in BMWs and MINI Coopers, among other "high end" cars. He employs a full-time mechanic, on-site, to ready cars for purchase.
I chose a 2009 MINI Cooper. When test driving, although the car had been inspected, we heard rear-end noises. Larry, the mechanic, agreed that the sway bars needed to be replaced. At no charge, Zach replaced the sway bar links and gave me a $100 credit for a broken radio antennae and center console cover. Noises persisted and, despite selling me the car "as is", Zach agreed to replace the rear bushings, at no cost to me, about 3 weeks after I purchased the car.
I highly recommend that you take your prospective "new" car to a dealership and have it test-driven and inspected by the dealership. It is worth it, even if you have to spend $150. You should also look up the Blue Book value of the car or ask your bank for how much it values the car.
If any problems are found and you want to pursue purchase of the car, speak to Zach about the issues. He may offer repairs or credits. If you are securing a loan for your car purchase, for any issues not covered by Zach and The Village Car Store, and you want the car, have the repair costs added to your bank loan, to lessen the immediate impact of their costs.
This was a really good experience! I love my "new" car. It runs perfectly and is a pleasure to drive.
I highly recommend The Village Car Store!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cinthya R.Stockton, CA0100Oct 9, 2018

The whole transaction was smooth all our question were answered they made us feel welcomed. We ran ran into a small issue and we made Zack aware took care of it accordingly without hesitation. Will definiately recommend and will be returning to purchase a second vehicle from them. Not only service from them is a 5 star also their prices are great.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 535xi in May of 2017 from Village Car Store. My family had been interested in purchasing a car from there for several years and felt like the dealers there were trustworthy. However, since May we have had the radiator fan to just crumble into pieces (no accident, didn't hit anything) this cost over $2,000 all of the fuel injectors needed replacing costing $2,600, their were leaks in the engine another $1,000, tires $1,400, exhaust system $1,100, battery $500 etc. The repairs has cost almost as much as we paid for the car. I do understand that BMWs are high maintenance but these repairs were not apart of general maintenance. I have learned a valuable lesson do not put trust before business. Have the car check from front to back. This has been a hardship on my family but it won't happen again.

I purchased a BMW Z4 from the village car store and was highly impressed with the whole process. Buying a used car can be an intimidating situation as you don't know with one hundred percent certainty what you are getting which is the nature of buying a used vehicle without a warranty. I came across the Z4 on Car Guru's and the car was priced extremely competitively so I decided to check it out. I met with Brett and the first thing a noticed is how laid-back he as he wasn't trying to force the sale. He showed me the car, gave me the Carfax, and let me take it on a solo test drive. I really liked the car and decided to purchase it after we settled on a price. Being a 13-year-old car there were a few small issues that arose. First, one of the headlights needed fixed, and second, after driving the car for a few days I noticed the sway bar links needed repaired. When you buy a used vehicle you typically purchase it "as is," with that being said, I talked to the owner, Zack, and he agreed to fix they sway bar links without charge in addition to the headlight and this was after I had already purchased the car. In summary, I was highly impressed with the whole process, felt confident with my purchase, and would recommend anyone looking for an affordable quality car, to check out the village car store.
