Toni Cleaners

Found this spot by accident--figured it would be another run-of-the-mill operation.

But they don't just launder clothes; they seem to understand them. Rare these days, right? Had an old jacket that looked like it went through a tornado, but they somehow brought it back to life.

Beyond just a clean shirt or pressed sheet, they handle every item like a restoration project. You want quality? They redefine it.

Long story I'll skip but my pricy Pendleton blanket had shrunk by 10 inches all around and had the consistency of an Austrian boiled wool jacket.

I thought it was hopeless.

But like other talented vendors in SF who've saved me, I snapped my fingers and thought, "I'll see if Toni Cleaners can help!"

Cleaned then steamed then steamed and stretched, steamed and pressed, repeat again and again until my Pendleton beauty was restored to its former glory.

What Toni Cleaners did is nothing short of a *miracle*.

Not only beautiful and warm but this blanket was my cat Tinkerbell's comfort object. She happily spent Saturdays melting into it while listening to opera on KDFC and in the final weeks after a shock cancer diagnosis. She died far too young.

It was so more than a blanket; Toni Cleaners understood and took such great care.

Imagine how they'll treat your dryclean-only things?

They should be your drycleaners. Bookmark them.

Never been here for dry cleaning but I like to imagine eatin a meatball here. 5 stars cause I just like lookin at this place and imagining ordering a meatball or a nice little pizza. I'm sure they're great at dry cleaning too just going off of intuition. 5 star

I'm giving this business 5 stars because of excellent service and especially finished sheets and pillow cases.
After my cleaners of 40 years went out of business during the pandemic there were no cleaners in my Twin Peaks neighborhood.
I had passed Toni Cleaners many times and decided to try them.
How glad I did.
First the prices are reasonable.
Second the work is excellent.

Absolutely love Irene, she's always so positive and happy to greet people when coming in. I highly recommend her/ this business!!! I always leave a pin on my items before hand... that way she knows where to cut my pants/ jeans. (they're always too long for me). I also mention to her that there's no rush on my items. She appreciates it! :)

Toni's Cleaners is the best. Iris is always ready with a smile and knows the name of most of her clients (myself and both my kids too!). Their services are always quick and well done. I have alterations / repairs / ironing / and cleaning done on a regular basis and would not think of going anywhere else.
