Brandon L.CA, CA012Jul 23, 2024Updated reviewToday, I had the factory scheduled maintenance (30k miles) for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and once again, I'm super satisfied with the service! Tae Fuller was my service adviser, and as always, he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation and quickly pulled up information about my vehicle, saving me the trouble of looking it up in my Jeep handbook.
Tae also recognized my military service in the U.S. Navy and mentioned that the company is veteran-owned. He even applied a military discount to my service, which was a pleasant surprise. Hooyah Navy! Tae is a great service advisor, and it was good to see him again.
My technician, Arron Barrera, did a fantastic job on my vehicle. He provided updates via mobile texts with links, which was very convenient. While we didn't interact much face-to-face (which is absolutely fine since techs are very busy), he was very professional and seemed to take great care of my Jeep. Other than good value at this shop, quality work as always is something that is never missed!
Overall, another great experience at this shop! I'm already looking forward to my next service at 35k miles.

Fortunately, the service also included a multi-point inspection, which I believe should be standard everywhere. Previously, I used to work on my car myself, but due to time constraints and fatigue from work, I now prefer going to a dealership. However, this time, I decided to try a different shop, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations.
The experience at this place was remarkably stress-free, and they seemed very professional. Unlike dealerships where the service often takes hours unnecessarily, this shop completed the job efficiently within an hour. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable, unlike the exorbitant charges at some dealerships. They even sent text updates with pictures during the inspection, which I found very reassuring and modern.
My service advisor, Tae Fuller, was excellent. He had great energy and provided clear, straightforward information, making me feel confident in my decision to choose this shop. As for the technician, Edgar Garcia, although I didn't interact much with him, the work done on my car was solid along with the updates he provided via texts, and I have no complaints. Tae mentioned that they take extra time to ensure thorough inspections, which I appreciated for the sake of quality.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this shop, especially commendable members like Tae Fuller and Edgar Garcia. It's refreshing to see a place that genuinely cares about providing top-notch service and taking care of customers' vehicles. This is how it should be--stress-free and focused on quality.

So far I got the impression they were just as professional, responsive and honest as the previous owners. PLUS they got some new technology -- texting and emailing me reports and pics of my car. Convenient.

These guys knocked it out of the park, whatever you measure: speed of time; low cost; quality of work; same day service. From one mechanic to another, I am very satisfied.

They keep records of your car, so you don't have to remember it. I love the option to pay by text or email, so you do not have to be in a hurry before they close. I will continue to keep coming back here to get all my cars serviced.

Tae and Bella were great to work with. They were in communication with me before I dropped my car off, during the service, and as I was on my way to pick it up.

This shop was one of their installers. Great reviews so I decided to go with them. Despite a week long delay from FedEx, the service writer, Tae, was always in contact with me via text. Very easy to communicate with via text and in person. He was very courteous and professional. I believe the technician was Faizen, and he did an excellent job with my service report (recommendations, multipoint inspection with pictures) and tire service. Would definitely recommend this shop and location.

Tay was great. He helped diagnose and fix a tricky AC issue. They call it the gremlin problem. The ones that affect you and disappear when you are at the service. Tay is very patient and great at customer service.
