I went in for an air-conditioning recharge and as the mechanic gave it a quick view, he noticed I was miss using the controls and cold air immediately came out he took the time to explain how all the AC controls worked and then told me there was no charge
Gina at the front desk was incredibly nice and bent over backwards to help me out. All in all it was a great experience.

I brought my 530i in for coolant issues which Johann fixed. Upon servicing, other items in coolant system failed which he also fixed. One thing I can say about Johann...he goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Had struggles finding couple of issues, but I was satisfied with his explanation and work he completed. Any further repairs, I'll definitely use South Bay Autohaus/Johann for future service if needed. Trustworthy and committed to doing the right thing!! Office gal was very polite and worth mentioning.

OMG! I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review about Johann and South Bay Autohaus. I feel awful. I've been taking my Benzs to Johann back when he was servicing cars out of an airplane hanger. When I met him almost 20 years ago now, I instantly liked him and sensed that he was a man of integrity. He is super honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to talk to. I consult him on all things Mercedes and he offers solutions that do not cost me a dime when warranted. Service and repairs are completed timely and without issues and I always get my cars/SUV back quickly. Great guy, great staff, and great service!
