      We've visited Roush while car shopping (here and at their former used car place on Westerville Rd.) They have always been decent- friendly, helpful, not pushy.

      Today I needed my radio code since I got a new battery. Couldn't get all the information myself, and they want you to come in instead of doing things over the phone- to reduce theft I'm sure. Pulled in without an appointment, the lady checked things out and got the code, friendly and efficient. And, on my way in five minutes, at no cost.

      We have and have had Hondas. I worked at Honda. If we need service, or a car, we will come here, because they have been great every time we've visited.

      I have had Hondas my entire driving experience. My first was a Honda Accord and the last five Hondas were the CRV. I was very excited to upgrade to the Honda Passport Trailsport.

      We scheduled a specific time for pickup and to sign the financial paperwork. Honda did not have anything ready for us. They didn't even realize we were coming in as our sales person was out sick. They should have covered his schedule with him being out not just plain forget their customers.

      I waited 3 and a half hours for them to clean my new car that should have been ready for us at our scheduled pickup time. They didn't even start cleaning it until almost 3 hours after we had been there. They had everyone else's cars all set for pickup but not mine. It was so disappointing and the massive trigger was when the person who helped me into my car and gave me my keys -- said to come back when I had more time to learn my new car! I had all the time in the world at my scheduled time! Unbelievable!

      I will never ever recommend or purchase a car from this dealership again.

      Excellent sales experience; from the website, to the sales team ( Aleks, Rod, and Miguel) and out the door. My third purchase in about 20 years. If you want a pre-owned Honda, Roush is the place to visit.

      This rating is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and does not reflect on the new car sales department.

      It's very easy to schedule service online and to make an appointment to drop off your car. I usually leave mine and come back later to pick it up but they have a very nice, very comfortable waiting area. I did wait once in the past and found the waiting area to be very nice.

      The service advisor who checks you in stays in touch during the process with periodic text messages. And the car is always done when promised. Service also includes a free car wash.

      To date, I've been impressed that they have never tried to up sell me any extra services - they're good at doing what's required and not pushing the extras,

      Prices for the routine A1 and B1 services are a little high but generally reasonable.

      However, during my last visit, I asked them about diagnostics for my backup camera and was shocked when they quoted me $180 just for basic diagnostics. For that price, I can live without a backup camera.

      Overall - very pleased.

      You asked for another chance and my wife and I took it. You are conveniently located close to our home. Sadly, you overfilled the oil in our CRV and caused a catastrophic check engine light to come on while I was heading out of town over a year ago. It took several days to get you to acknowledge that it was your fault and not charge us for the repair. I was never reimbursed for the towing fee.

      Now I get to recent visits. Check engine with an on again and off again oil light. You did a repair and days later the warning lights are back. I take it in again and you do another repair at an additional cost and time to wait on a part. No more than a day later the lights are back on. I call you because I have concerns that a third repair might not solve the issue. I didn't want to speak to the service department, I wanted a manager. That never happened.

      I took it to Germain, and they fixed the issue rather quickly.

      I will say that typically the visits are fine, but when you go sideways, you go big. Never again and don't worry about calling now. I'm not answering this time.

      Lee Cohen was our dealer we worked with. We needed a new car and went to multiple dealerships and dealt with multiple dealers. Lee was the only one I felt was truthful from the beginning. I felt comfortable knowing he was not trying to sell me things I did not need. He always asked me what I wanted and did not try to offer more. He was also great at breaking things down and very patient with explaining everything. He worked with me on my price and got me a car I couldn't be more happy with! Buying a car is already stressful enough so thankful for Lee. Thank you Lee for all your help and love our car!

      I called several Hondas in Columbus to try to find the best deal possible on a 2024 Accord. After checking with four different Honda dealers the quickest response and best price I got was with Ken from Roush Honda. When I came in Joel took great care of us and I would strongly recommend him! He explained things thoroughly and was able to get us the best bang for our buck. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a Honda and the best price in town!

      Based on the high recommendations of our close relative, good reviews about the employees of this dealership, on Saturday, July 20, we went to Roush Honda to finalize the deal for the brining of a new car. The manager John was very friendly and polite, he is a great professional in his field. He was able to tell us everything about the desired car model, explained all the nuances and answered all our questions. When the time came to talk with the finance manager and sign all the papers, our mood was completely ruined.Instead of the joy of purchasing a new car and a pleasant conversation, we received ridicule. The finance manager Josh Rice was unfriendly and rude. He tried his best to impose on us additional services for servicing our car. We understand that he gets a percentage of sales and it is in his interests to make a profitable deal with us, but the way he does this shocked us. He openly laughed at us for refusing to take them. Instead of politely suggesting and explaining the need to purchase additional services, he described everything in such a way that the car could break down in the near future, calling into question the build quality and level of Honda.We sat and listened to ridicule and watched a sarcastic grin, feeling uncomfortable and with only one desire to leave this place. After signing the documents, manager John apologized for his colleague's behavior and was upset that his clients were unhappy.
      With great gratitude to the manager John, we finally purchased the desired car. Please pay attention to financial manager Josh Rice, who left only negative impressions from our visit to Roush Honda.

      I wanted to get on here and let you know that Roush Honda made good on their service. They see my review gave me a call to get clear perspective of my experience, and then they advised they would look further into it to see if there was anything they could do better or to make sure the issue was resolve. That to me meant a lot just to know that my experience mattered to them. They did resolve my issue with the battery and the service throughout was great. Thanks Roush Honda for going the extra mile.

      I recently purchased my 2020 Honda Accord from Roush Honda Certified Used Cars. I went in today to get my free oil change and was advised by Jenna that my battery was bad. She also advised that my battery was not covered under the Honda Care that I purchased. I advised I just brought the car in May which is a little less than 7 months ago. She said I spoke with my manager Joel and he won't replace the batter. I spoke with Joel and he advise me that is the cost of ownership. I am advising anyone who may decide to purchase a certified used vehicle from them make sure you have them test everything the day you make your purchase. So you won't have new vehicl with a bad battery 6 mo. into your purchase.
