      Friendly, efficient, professional & stuck to my appointment time late on a Friday afternoon..

      I walked out the door with a CD of my images & they were also available online when I arrived home.

      My doctor referred me, but they could only schedule me 30 days out. Just one day before my appointment, they called to inform me that the technicians wouldn't be available and I had to reschedule.

      To make matters worse, the only rescheduling option was another 30 days out, that would be a total of 60 days! That is totally unacceptable, especially considering the urgency. Every time I would call, I had to wait anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes on hold to talk with someone.

      The staff said I might try a different location. Well, I did.... I had my doctor send me to an ENTIRELY different company.

      The only reason this is even worth a 1 star is that the scheduling folks were very nice over the phone. But in the end, if you can't do the work, then don't waste people's time!

      They are scammers. All positive reviews written by other Radiology companies, probably all of them belongs to same person/ family.
      Old screening equipments , greedy and fraudulent. They will ask you to pay more even if you pay them cash. You can understand how unhappy their workers, most probably owner doesn't like to pay proper for professional workers. Stay away , I can imagine who the owners are. Disgusting place, disgusting attitude

      Came in stood in line , everyone was busy, no eye contact. There was one person on the phone another getting us register. Felt a bit overwhelmed waiting for my turn. A bit disappointed as all the chairs are in very bad shape, perhaps they can schedule their appointments not as close as there are not enough seats for us to wait before or X-ray and waiting for our appointment. I just looked at their reviews and it's not rated more than a 3, keeping my fingers crossed for my MRI,

      I need to reschedule an appointment with RadNet, but am completely unable to get through to them. I spent 41 minutes on hold yesterday, and 12 minutes today, with no indication that anyone is answering the phones - I can't imagine that a single medical imaging office could have the sort of call volume that would result in a 41 minute wait.

      RadNet, if you're reading this, I'm not coming tomorrow.

      41 minutes on hold and I never got through.

      While I've used Radnet in the past and was very happy with them, this time it was different.
      My doctor sent referral orders for a heart and chest scan over to them in early June. I called to make an appt and was told there were none currently and that they didn't have their schedule for July. I called back a week later and got the same answer. Once again at the end of June there was still no schedule. I asked if they could call me back when the schedule would be available so i could get my heart checked. Today is July 11th and they don't have have any openings, or their schedule for august.

      So i have a new referral to SimonMed, and while i had a tough time reaching them the last time too, they were at least able to give me an appt.


      It's sad that our health care system has come to this. Why is there such a shortage of technicians?

      I've been trying to schedule an appointment here. Last time I was on hold for over half an hour. So far today I've been on hold 43 minutes. There is no possible way that it should take 40+ minutes on hold to talk to someone to schedule an appointment. I guess they don't want my business. Time to try elsewhere.
      Edit: I booked an appointment online for an MRI at SimonMed in less time than I was on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone at RadNet. Highly recommend SimonMed's easy, online booking process rather than wasting an hour of your life on the phone waiting for someone at RadNet to care to answer.

      The MRI itself is fine and the technicians are skilled and kind.

      I have a BIG issue with their office, specifically pre authorization and billing. I waited about a month because their pre-authorization people told me they could not schedule the scan without a pre-authorization from my insurance. They then scheduled the appointment and I assumed that everything was in order.

      A large payment was required at the time of the service which I paid. NO CLAIM was submitted to my insurance company. I called RadNet billing to request that RadNet submit the claim to my insurance and was referred to RadNet's centralized billing department, where you can expect to wait at least an hour on the phone. I was told by RadNet's centralized billing that she had no idea why a claim was not submitted to the insurance company, the case would be investigated and I would receive a letter in the mail within 30 days. No letter arrived. I called the insurance company and Cigna let me know that no claim was submitted by RadNet because RadNet failed to obtain pre-authorization.

      The impact on me is that because no claim was submitted, Cigna does not track the amount of the very large payment that I paid to RadNet at the time of service against my deductible.

      I then called RadNet's SF office again and spoke with their pre-authorization team. From their case notes I learned that RadNet did not submit a pre-authorization request because Cigna informed them that a preauthorization was not required for the scan. RadNet referenced an insurance provider call number and the person at Cigna with whom they spoke. I asked when RadNet would submit the claim and was referred back to RadNet's centralized billing (nightmare).

      Utterly frustrated, I then wrote to RadNet's CFO and provided the documentaiton, requesting that a claim be submitted. To date I have not received a response and the claim has not been submitted.

      There are numerous other MRI providers, all of which are less expensive than RadNet (save one). This experience was extremely unpleasant and time consuming so I am taking the time to caution others so that you can avoid this provider.

      I had an MRI done incorrectly and had to go to different location to get the correct one. This was done back in June of 2021.
      I am supposed get a refund for $502 but for some reason this hasn't happen and every-time I followed up is not nothing has been done. I won't ever be back to this company.
