At this Branch customer service is a plus, Refreshments' are there for the customers. This Credit Union is a one of the best around, customer friendly is second nature to them.

Honestly, this latest incident was the icing on the cake. All we want to do is get all our money and close the account. The lines are crazy if you need assistance. The fact that nobody answers the phones after business hours or the weekend is unthinkable. With money in our account, the transaction was denied, which was quite embarrassing. Thank God I have another account at a different bank. We tried calling and said to call back Monday. Are you kidding me?! My account has money, and this bank is acting like they can determine when and how much money I can use. I'm done! Fix your situation so I can get my money and close this account ASAP!!!!

Giving us back our money would be nice. The branch on lone tree has been shut down for over a week and we still have no answers. The CEO should absolutely lose his job. Yesterday we stood outside in 105° heat waiting to get in to get some questions answered. Do you think, that someone from Patelco would be out there handing out waters to people? Not Patelco. I can't wait to close out my account.

I was directed to come into the branch to pick up new ATM card. Original ATM card was lost and had to get a replacement which meant new number. I had asked if I can keep the same number because I do a lot of online bill paying anyway, I went and made my request and waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes. The teller staff was really nice and mentioned that they just need to create it really quick and to just have a seat. Later a gentleman walked up to me and confirmed my identity and handed me my card. It was cracked and scratched but he had said "it's OK it's still works."

I looked at him and asked, can you give me another one because this one doesn't look new and it has a lot of blemishes and scratches. He said it's fine it works perfectly normal when I asked to place get a replacement, he said it would take longer because I was already issued the card number to my account, and they would have to start all over again. As if I am an inconvenience to his time. he had other important things to do. I didn't like that and how I was treated and made me feel.

Needless to say, this is not my frequent branch as I use the one in a Livermore next to my work. The staff and manager there are so much nicer and approachable.

Patelco USED to be a great place to keep your money. I have not been able to deposit checks via phone for ages....used to be a great service. I have not been able to get into my bank account due to "password problems"....most of this is computer screw ups. Also, recently I was told "insufficient funds," which shocked me because I had over $40,000 in a savings and had always known that if I screwed up on my checking, they would automatically cover me with my savings. NOT.

When you try to get ahold of a human being online, they tell you to call....make that call and then they give you a few choices of what you can get a robot to help you with....and, though there is no "none of the above" choice, they finally just hang up on you. Every time I have been in there and want to see someone about all of this, there is a line of people both waiting for the "desk" people and a long line for the "tellers."

I have an appointment tomorrow to get the heck out of Patelco. Now, I need to find an old fashioned place that takes care of its customers.

Rarely ever has a functioning atm . Patelco is great, this place isn't. Customer care is slow here too, you will wait in line most of the time to get seen. Take care

Is anyone going to help me exchange this? This was withdrawn from your atm on July 4th and since we left early the next day haven't been back nor heard anything from the bank

Patelco as a bank in general, is kind to those who are just starting their credit-building journey. But outside of that, it's not worth the aggravation. They have money-transfer issues, routing glitches, and tech problems that shouldn't be problems anymore since it's 2023. I advised my friends to transfer banks because even I am getting bothered by all the "improvements" it needs.

I use to belong to Patelco Credit Union a couple of years ago thru my job. Customer service was very professional and knowledgeable on questions I had. Im planning on opening an account with them once again.

I have been a Patelco member since I migrated here in 1998! Patelco CU always have its advantages over your traditional bank. Good CD rates, no monthly fees are few of the perks of being a Patelco member. The Brentwood branch is good, albeit fairly busy and sometime long lines. The tellers are very friendly and helpful.
