With at least 15 years of experience in the moving industry, I decided it was time to start my own company after the pandemic. I came to Columbus in 2019. I would hear horror stories from the customers I was providing services to as they recalled past experiences. Movers that never showed up, last-minute cancellations, hours late, and they didn't have any customer service. This prompted me to take charge and establish Lift with A Twist LLC on May 2, 2022. The only way to motivate change is to be a part of that change, and I want to change the moving experience. Relocating shouldn't be a nightmare. Moving is stressful enough. When customers book with us my goal is for them to be able to relax and know that they are in the hands of professionals. I want to enhance the moving experience for the individual while serving central Ohio and surrounding areas.

Yvette C.Dublin, OH341Aug 21, 2023I needed to move from one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom condo. Tenelle responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very friendly. Moving day arrived and movers were on time, professional, and courteous. They also handled my items with care, which I know everyone appreciates. We finished right at 3hrs. The truck was slightly too small for all of my items and had to leave a few things behind. Tenelle arranged for the movers to make a 2nd trip with no additional charge. It was on the way for their schedule which delighted me. I will definitely use their services again as well as reccomend to others.

Erica D.Columbus, OH946058Jul 18, 2023Tenille and her team are fantastic! They went above and beyond with my move. I was quoted 3 hours and it ended up being an 8 hour job- totally my fault, I was going from a house into an apartment and had no idea what I was doing.
My biggest concerns were my antique hall tree which stands over 6' tall and has an attached mirror, and my commercial grade treadmill. My new apartment is on the third floor of my building and they not only got everything moved, but they did it so well and were so professional. I could not have asked for better service, not to mention the great conversation and laughter, it made the move so much less stressfull. Last Friday they helped me move into my new place. Lift with a Twist did a great job to the point that I couldn't be happier. I had a lot of stuff, including some exotic plants, and everything was treated well in the move.
