Katz Tires

What a great experience! They have a guy outside waiting for people. Got my information sent it inside. Went in, went over everything and offered a good deal on a tire.
Only took 20 minutes! No appointments just walked in. Guys were nice and treated me with respect as well.
My tire was only $150.

I've come to Katz three times so far- all because I had nails in my tires (my car attracts them, apparently.)

I just drive up, someone comes out and the patch is done within the blink of an eye for a reasonable price.

The people are always very personable. Always appreciate such fast and great service- thanks!

Today is November 3/03 i purchased 2 tires from Katz tires in Chillicothe Ohio on Western avenue. The tires where kenetica touring A/S kR 217. I was charged $150. Each. When i went online at Katz tires in Chillicothe Ohio i saw the same tire sale for $85. and change. Why was i overcharged so much money? I paid a total of $300. for 2 tires that only sold for $85. and some change a peice. I'm a retired marine sgt. That served this country and I really don't appreciate a business being ran like this. I'm hoping that you look into this issue and refunding me the amount that I was over charged. I'm also hoping that this will not happen again to paying customers. Thank you for your time and hopefully your consideration.

Had a nail in tire and needed to get it plugged.


Pros: dude didn't even charge me! He said he was feeling good today!!! Ha ha ha cant beat that feeling!!! But, its been a few days since the plug and it has held up so no major problems! I was able to get in same dat. I called another tire place and they were behind a few days.


Cons: no complaints this way!

Do NOT buy tires from Katz.

They sold me a tire with a sidewall defect. I had the tires for just over a month. They ordered a replacement and put on my car and then proceeded to say I owed them money for the replacement.
I told them they sold me a defective tire in the first place and I'm not paying.

The manager sent me a text saying they called the cops.

I've been coming here for 7 years and have brought all my cars here for new tires. Never again.

Repeat DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM KATZ.

I have been coming to Katz tired for about 8 years since a friend referred me. They always have treated me like family, and have some of the friendliest customer service in the city. I love Katz and simply can not recommend them enough.

It's the only place left that I know of that is an old school tire shop. Hit a nail, walk in, $15 and 10 mins later they have you fixed. Any place else wants to have you wait a week for an appointment and charge $120.

Money is tight living on Social Security with little reserves. Needed tires badly and went to Katz in Marion by mere circumstance. Outstanding service, fair pricing and good used tires. They're not much for casual conversation but they get the job done, quickly and well. Highly recommend!!

I had a nail in my tire and came here to see if they could fix it. My tire was fixed, filled back up, paid for and I was back in my car exactly 12 minutes after I pulled in.
And they only charged me $10.00.
