I tried to call to see if I needed an appointment for an oil change but nope! (No, the phone wasn't working and no, you don't need an appointment for an oil change) Ping very kindly replied to an email I sent, and in I went the next day. I forgot to check my email so it was pretty close to closing..like 3:50 by the time I got there. Whoops! But they (uhoh I don't know the guy's name who changed the oil) jumped on it, changed my oil incredibly quickly, and only charged me $60 for that. NICE!

They also noticed my tire light was on and first added air, but also noticed it was down to 21 PSI, which is kind of drastic (supposed to be around 32). So they looked for a leak and found a screw in my tire. My NEW tire. Luckily, it wasn't near the sidewall so they could patch it, which they also did super quickly, for $20. Hell.yeah. That could have been a. dangerous b. a giant pain in the butt to figure out at a later time and have to take it somewhere and wait and hassle and ugh. I mean, they also could have told me it wasn't patchable and I wouldn't have known, so I am very grateful for Ping's honesty! And amazing service. They were super thorough, even at 4:15/4:30 pm on a Saturday, when they could have been watching the Olympics!
Also Ping was just a nice guy. I will definitely be returning for whatever else my car needs.

This place is awesome! Owner is a pretty down to earth and understanding guy. The service they provide is awesome and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for it. If you're tired of getting ripped off from the dealerships, I'd give these guys a shot. They do take their time and it's not a quick in and out. But they provide phenomenal quality and service. 10/10 stars. I will definitely come back to these guys again!

What's not to love? Honest, reliable and hardworking describe this business. Been here twice a year apart and have left completely satisfied by the professionalism provided by PING and his crew. Prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to nickel and dime you. This is seen by the many customers waiting each time I've been here. The best part, this shop backs up their work. Any issues, reach out they make it right. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!!

Ping and his team are the absolute best! He is professional, thorough, honest and his prices are REASONABLE! I was referred to him by an old SFSU colleague after another mechanic recommended that I replace my entire front end with an estimate of over $5000. Ping was thorough and spoke to my brother (who fixes his own cars in LA) on the phone and provided his recommendations and it turned out that I did not need to replace the front end (needed new tires, alignment, brakes). I recently had an emergency on a late Saturday evening en route from SF to LA and I was surprised when Ping responded to my call! They have also squeezed me in on very short notice on several occasions and the service is always great. This is the best shop in SF hands down. I highly recommend!!

I was towed to the shop by AAA for a flat tire on 05/04/24. Fast, friendly, and affordable service. My toddler was really upset and the nice man in the office gave him a little lollipop. Many thanks to Hayden Auto Care. Saved our day and got us back on the road in less than one hour!

I went to Hayden Auto Care and the owner was the guy who helped me out. I haven't written a review in years, but I felt compelled to write one for this business.

I felt well cared for and not taken advantage of. Being taken advantage of at a car shop is something a lot of women fear. Luckily Hayden's explained everything to me and didn't make me feel like he was just trying to come up on $. I will definitely be back when I need servicing. This business has earned my trust and my future business. Thank you!!

I brought my car in this morning for tire rotation which is cost $20. When the mechanic removed the tires. He found out the front brake pads was low has 5-10% left. I got a quote from Ping change all brake pads, resurfaced brake disc rotors, and tire rotator all for $390. That was reasonable price! They did a good job. I highly recommend this auto shop.

I've been to Hayden shop for a couple times but it was mostly picked up my UPS packages. It was my first time brought my car here for service. I'm happy with the service.

Today, I bring my corrola to Hayden's Auto to replace both of my headlights . The owner is Ping is very honest and the price is very reasonable. Staffs are professional and very friendly! I am very happy with the job , in the future, I will be back.

I went here to get air in my tires and the owner just filled my air for no charge. Even though air is cheap it was still nice of him and he was very friendly.
