Dunkin'

Compared to other experiences here mine was ok.

Dropped by for some iced coffee as I was heading uptown on a long walk. Service was ok, and workers here were wearing masks. I did see someone come in without one but I was on my way out anyway. Seems like a lot of people up in this part of town are lax with mask wearing.

Place was clean enough looking. Same old donuts as all other Dunkins. It's also a Baskin Robbins if you want some ice cream.

You could spell out your whole order letter by letter and they'd still get it wrong! I don't ever write reviews but come on? How do you not know how to follow directions? I want what I pay for, and it doesn't help that the food I did get wasn't good, they need to get it together!

They allow anyone without a mask to come on. They dont enforce their mask policy or social distance. Workers mess up simple orders there and at this point enough is enough. Do better! Conducting business has to be done differently. They are putting people in danger here.

Disgusting Dirty Horrific. They had a roach on the top of an ice cream canister just sitting over top directly on the ice cream just yesterday 2/28/2019. I complained to the guy and he fained being shocked. Yeah right the whole place looks unsanitary NEVER AGAIN not even if hell freezes over.

These guys are nice. Place is clean. If you're waiting for the cross town bus m116 you can quickly come in for a snack and or drink. Excellent place for a quick snack in the summer.

Going to this shop from 2 days..They don,t have hash brown..Everytime the same guy is on counter and he said everytime no hash brown..Never gona Come back to this branch

a decent double d on the extreme upper east side in east harlem 1st ave between 116th and 117th st. i was a bit surprise who clean and well stock this dd is with ample donuts , muffins and full menu of the usual dd offerings . i was waiting for a friend so we can make the trek to midtown and mr diva is late as always and i hate to wait doing nothing so it's dd time with a large frozen hot chocolate and low fat blueberry muffin , with some seating inside and fast free wifi i decided to wait a while . i did notice the dude working behind the counter was in a super good mood on a monday morning which is rare but whatever . 3.5 stars on my yelp meter.
