I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Ariya and had the pleasure of working with Zackary Fowler. He and the whole team made the process smooth and efficient. I can not recommend Zackary and the team at Buckeye Nissan any higher!

The salesman, Derryck, was superb. Nice, informative, helpful. The finance manager, Lynn, was fantastic. Pleasant, not high pressure. The whole dealership is clean, pleasant, and professional. Love my new Pathfinder Rock Creek!

I must say 2024 is off to a great start with the help from my friends at Buckeye Nissan In Hilliard. I just purchased my 2023 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and loving it!!. Bill Fields and Steve Ilich are amazing and very professional. They answered all of my questions, showed me all the fabulous features in my new vehicle and reached out to me after the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions.
I love the level of service I receive when I'm at Buckeye Nissan, it's like rolling out the red carpet!! If your going to buy a Nissan go to Buckeye Nissan in Hilliard. I have been going there for over 15 years, so it's time you get that kind of track record too!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - William T.San Francisco, CA32Mar 2, 2024
Chad Vansky was terrific to work with; there was no pressure to buy. Chad took his time showing us the vehicle we were interested in. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles. Chad showed us the pros and cons of purchasing vs leasing and even worked the number with us to see what the best deal for us would be.
Steve Illich sold me a car in 2013, he is now the GM, he made us feel comfortable and welcome.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Illia K.San Francisco, CA01Apr 8, 2024

Just a warning for those who seek to trade in your car here. I have a very nice 2018 Durango Citadel that I was considering trading in for a Traverse. When I got my Durango, it was on the heels of a total loss so time was of the essence and no Traverses were available at the time and rental cars were super expensive, I got the Durango which was my 2nd choice. I was just looking for a change of scenery and maybe getting my first choice now (a year later).
They looked at my trade (never drove it) and came back with an offer of $23,500. I will attach a copy of my KBB value for a trade in was $26,919 (middle value - $28,363 high and $25,474 low). The value is $27-30.
Their offer was about $3,500 lower than the KBB value middle offer and way under the actual value. Just beware and do your homework. Know what your car is worth before you go there. Auto's are ridiculous right now and with rates as high as they are, don't get tricked into losing thousands of dollars of your hard earned equity.
I didn't go in and want top dollar because they have to re-sell but that offer, in my opinion, was predatory. A manager reached out and said it was because of repairs needed. Let me tell you, there are no dents, scratches, defects in this car. Pictures are publicly posted on autotrader now. When I asked for a list of what was identified by the appraiser, I heard no response back but I did reply that that answer was a cop-out and they should have a list of items to support their claim.
Just beware. In a time where we are in an economy hurting to put food on your table, don't let a car dealer scam you for lower than what is a 'fair' offer.
Maybe they were not hurting for inventory or were not willing to budge on anything because they hit their numbers, etc. The right thing to do would to say, you know we cannot offer you what your car is worth so I will not extend a trade in offer to you but would really like your business if you are interested in the car we have. That would have showed integrity and trust vs saying we will give you thousands below what it is worth on a trade in.
Shame on you guysHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christopher C.San Francisco, CA01Apr 11, 2024Updated review
They are very good at hiding problems your vehicle will have when you take the test drive. When signing the paperwork I was told I'll be treated like family but within 5 days of getting my car home I had 5 different things go wrong with the car. They wouldn't even return a call to me about these issues

Engine lights, key FOB, and battery issues just days after getting the car home. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing ANYTHING from these people
Mar 7, 2024Previous reviewI bought a used car from Buckeye Nissan. During the test drive and the first few days I had the car everything was great, then the problems started. Two days after getting the car home It wouldn't start, with no power and the key stuck in the ignition. The check engine light came on the next day and after 5 days the remote start no longer works. Just waiting to see what goes wrong next. I have tried several attempts to get a hold of someone at Buckeye Nissan about the problems but no one will get back with me. Expected more from a dealership where they told me "we treat our customers like family"

Purchased a truck from Buckeye Nissan 5/31/24. I was not able to test drive on the highway due to massive backup from an accident on the highway. Test drove through city streets and everything seemed to check out fine, the sales man was great and I was excited to purchase my truck. That is, however, until later when I had issues, I noticed there was a shakiness/vibration on the highway and when I called, I was told I would need to bring it back in, now keep in mind I live a little over an hour away. I took it in and they said one tire was extremely out of balance, they had put new tires on the truck, so I'm not sure why it hadn't already been balanced. Again, it seemed good to go, however on the highway it started to do the same vibration again. I contacted my salesman asking for a copy of the certified used car checklist required by Nissan and a copy of my 6 month warranty to be emailed to me. I expressed what was going on and that I did not want to keep driving to Columbus for fixes. I chose to buy a car a little over an hour away, but I have done this before with other dealerships and have never had issues. I was told that I would most likely need to bring it in again, costing me more gas money and running up the mileage on the truck. When I expressed these factors I was told by my salesman that he would talk to the general manager and get back to me. It's been 21 days and still no word back from the general manager or salesman. Still no copy of checklist or warranty.

"the year is 2019"
i just finished school and to celebrate my new life moving forward my first purchase was a car. my parents had a kia and liked it so we went to explore. i bought a 2019 kia forte s brand new off the lot. (a couple months later a youtube video would come out and show how it's very easy to steal one) the year is 2023 i live in columbus ohio never had a issue with the vehicle never damage not attempts to be stolen nothing. going to get lunch at work a semi runs a red light and hits me. i call my insurance i have usaa they told me to come here because it is a trusted vendor of what ever they call it took my vehicle there in june of 2023. (refer to picture 1) a couple weeks later i come home from work and see this note attached to my door(refer to picture 2) after speaking to columbus pd they told me to call here and confirm that my vehicle was stolen. so i did after speaking to rodger asking him if my car had been stolen he said no i don't think so let me check and call you back. about 15 minutes later rodger calls me back and says yeah they pulled up on your vehicle shined the light and had it gone in 10 seconds. wow crazy right!!!!
this is where things get interesting....
a day or two later i come home and find that atf special agents were at my home!!!!! trying to get in touch with me turns out my car was used in a robbery where 30 guns were stolen!!!!!!!
after the debacle of getting it out of impound they get it back and they send it to another place to get more service at whitch it attempts to be stollen again!!!!!! so rodger tells me oh this is terrible let me help you since this whole mess has been there fault by going to the dealership to trade in this terrible vehicle that has brought me so much misfortune and they will "help" me after not doing anything to help me get out of the car like he said he would he called me days later to say we will get it back "soon"
