Broad & James Towing

I had a flat tire in Columbus. Used Yelp to find a reliable service. This company did a great job keeping me informed on their arrival. When the technician arrived he assessed the situation and changed the tire out to the spare. The price was reasonable enough for a 92 degree day. I got a copy of the bill and a final text from the company.

Fixed a bleeding cap fuel for $300
took them less than a day, fastest place I've ever been to.
now obviously being a business it'll cost a little more.
but Quality over Quantity here.

Great experience! Nick was patient as we worked out getting him to where I was. He also explained what tools I would need to perform any future tire changes myself. I got to stay in the warm car while he worked. Definitely will call these folks first every time!

From the minute I first spoke to someone, they kept me updated on the progress of the tow. The tow truck driver also called to let me know he had arrived and he also called when he dropped off the trucks. Amazing service!

On July 1,2024 Broad and James towing, towed my disabled mother's car from our private residence sitting next to our garage without reason or consent. Saying that the property owner requested it, I am the property owner and I didn't request it! Today on 7/16/24 is requiring me to pay $457.95 to get back property of vehicle they STOLE from me! Isn't that blackmail receiving stolen property? If this isn't rectified within the next 24 hours I'm going to call the Attorney General and find an attorney I'm already making a police report of it !

Great experience during a crappy time == big car trouble . Hit all the key buttons -- great customer service = nice,friendly,understanding,responsive & the same each of the interactions,5 times or so. Thanks ,Laura and Jaquelin(sp) and the management,tow driver and technical person I met ; good value == below internet range of estimates ; quick turnaround --- would go back , and have already suggested to friends and family ....

My S2000 needed a tow to get serviced due to a transmission failure. The driver, Greg was super helpful and got my car there safely without damaging the car at all. Keep in mind my car is very very low to the ground - he took extra care of the car and was very meticulous. He took extra time just to make sure everything was safe and no damage could be done to the car while loading and unloading. Greg was very friendly and will definitely request him again if I need a tow for either of my vehicles. I could not have asked for a better driver!

I took my car too broad and James towing they was rude took them 4 days to even look at my car and didn't even fix the issue won't recommend

Broad and James answered my call promptly and were able to provide service immediately at 11pm on a Saturday when other companies said I would have to wait until the next day. Anthony, the driver, was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He trailered my vehicle safely and removed it without a scratch. Anthony did a great job, making my overall experience as positive as it could have been. Highly recommend.

I called these folks in the middle of a winter storm, the day before I was moving, when my car wouldn't start. You know how this usually goes... I was wondering how I could make this move happen with no car. Well, an hour later, that car was on its way to their shop, and I was out to rent a car and try to get back on track. Broad and James was responsive and responsible. They were respectful of the stress on my budget, and they let me leave the car for a few days when I didn't trust it. Once they were done, it's been running great. Would definitely recommend.

GEICO sent these guys out when my car wouldn't start while running errands. They arrived within 20 minutes when I was told up to an hour. The driver was incredibly professional and helpful. He tried to jump the battery and when that didn't work towed me to where I wanted to go. Thank you!!!
