AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE. I left my coat and pats to get dry cleaned on a Wednesday, they told me to pick it up 48 hours later, but it was ready in less than 24 hours. They were both pretty dirty and they did an awesome job cleaning them, they look like new. My girlfriend accidentally left an expensive ring and a couple of bracelets in my coat (I didn't know about it) and they gave them back to me in a little bag when si picked it up. It was only 20 bucks and I will definitely come back soon!

Used to go here to get my shirts/suits dry cleaned but just went last week to pick up my suit and they said they lost it. I asked them to try and see if they could track down recent customers to see if it was accidentally mixed in with their clothes and they say they can't which is definitely a lie. Needless to say these people are lazy and do not trust them with your expensive clothes. Also way too overpriced for the services they offer. Definitely consider taking your business elsewhere.

I don't go to the dry cleaners often but I was treated very well and will continue to use this cleaner again!
I had four winter coats that hadn't seen a dry cleaner in years!
I dropped them off and was told they would be ready in a week. They were and they looked wonderful!
As I was paying for my order, I learned that since this was my first visit at their business, I received a discount!
It was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

I've used Bart's for several years, recently I put my payment card on file with them and was randomly charged $61.21. My last order was in June and I paid it in full. I called, no good explanation for the charge available, couldn't see what it was for - so now I have the hassle of disputing with my card company.

I have been going to Barts since 2014. Previous owner really won my business. In the last couple months, I've had buttons on my silk and velvet blouses broken and a velvet shirt cuff ripped. I do not use plastic and bought my own bags which took some getting in the groove when I first started there. All good until a coupe months ago. Go to pick up and garments in plastic. Ugh. Try again. Next pick up, in my bag OVER A PLASTIC! Done. Next...

I used Bart's Cleaning to preserve my wedding dress, and they did a fantastic job! It was far more affordable than some of the other cleaners I contacted (especially those claiming to specialize in wedding dresses....). I live out of state and didn't manage to get my dress cleaned immediately after my late-October wedding, so we had it cleaned in December. It took about a week to come back, and it now beautifully preserved in an acid free box. I will be able to treasure this beautiful dress for years to come! The entire process was very easy - we called the verify a good time to drop off the dress and they were able to hold it until their wedding specialist picked up. Definitely recommend!

Bart's did an excellent job getting the various stains out of my velour tracksuit. They were both efficient and effective. Great price and quick turnaround. Would definitely return for any dry cleaning needs.

Took my wife's dress to Barts after a terrible experience at Imperial cleaners. It was for our sons wedding and had a tiny spot on the dress which we wanted to remove. Imperial cleaned the dress and returned it with five NEW spots and a sticker attached to the dress saying they can't clean it any better. Management from Imperial has still not called us back and Imperial is just a front to drop off clothing. It is cleaned another place. My wife was in tears because the wedding is a week and a half away. We took it to Barts which actually cleans on site and they were very understanding and got it back to us in 36 hours and had completely removed the stains that Imperial caused and said they couldn't remove. We will no longer go to Imperial and are now a lifelong customer of Barts Cleaners. Thank you so much Barts!

I really love this cleaning company. I've been going to them for over a decade and have had excellent service and my items are cleaned and cared for perfectly. I live in Clintonville which is so close to this place, but if I move I'd drive the distance to still have my clothes cleaned by them.

After checking out reviews of other Dry Cleaners, I chose Bart's because of their reputation and they could get rid of stains on my two suits. It was a fair price for the suits that I brought in and got the stains out of my two suit jackets. They lived up to the guarantee with "Home of Guaranteed Stain Removal". I will be going back to Bart's for my other clothes. Thank you so much.
