1/2 Price Dry Cleaners

This is the first time we used this dry cleaning company. They are super sweet and caring. My husband dropped off his suit to get dry cleaned for a funeral. They said sorry for our loss when I picked up the suit. This is a truly compassionate company. We will be returning in the future. The prices were great and they care. The suit looks great as well. Thanks guys.

There is a reason, they are low priced. Tried them the first time. Tore one of my favorite shirts put on a hanger gave back to me didn't say a word. Shirt is not repairable. Be a ware!

I DO NOT recommend this dry cleaner! I've spent A LOT (and I mean a lot) of money here for years (and they're definitely not half price) but this was the most convenient store for me. I know mistakes are made but the customer service here is nonexistent. Recently, they "lost" an expensive blouse of mine and I've spent the last 5 weeks trying to get customer service to call me back, have made multiple trips to the store to get nowhere and asked to speak to the owner only to get "we're not allowed to give you their number". Okay, could they call me? Never happened.
Finally 5 weeks later, I get ahold of customer service and they want me to take 1/2 of a very low number that they came up with to compensate me for losing my blouse in in store credit and the other half in a check.
No thank you!!
I will not be taking my items here any longer. If you care about your items, go elsewhere because they truly don't!!

Great service and prices! The ladies that work here are always friendly and try their best to get to know their customers.

I used to really like this dry cleaners under the previous owners. Now I'm looking for a new place. First of all they need to come up with a new name. They aren't 1/2 price. Not even close. They don't honor their own coupons. They tried to charge me 2 times the amount for my curtains than they quoted when dropped off and when I told them they said they were still cheaper than anywhere else. I called Swan (which everyone knows is expensive) and Swan wanted $1 less per panel. The lady in the shop was very rude as well and when I told her they needed to honor their quote she said I'd have to call the owner, she didnt know her number and I'd have to walk outside to find the number on the window. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they pressed my curtains nicely. I don't expect them to stay around much longer. Customer service is not their thing.

Had 2 Letterman's jackets cleaned. Price was misquoted by $60, total cost was $105 and jackets were returned with stains. I asked for a discount since they were not clean and the lady at the desk just said "sorry". Must be nice to over promise and under perform and still collect a kings ransom for your services, will never use these guys again.

Have used these folks a couple times. The business is fairly new and is locally owned and operated. I really like that.

Also, they actually do a pretty good job on the clothes. They are prompt and have been flexible in getting things back that may need to be rushed. The store is very clean as well.

I only wish they were open a little bit later, but you gotta start somewhere!

Have been going there for years (since they opened) and the service was great in the beginning but now horrible, rude on top of over charging. I picked up my order and realized once home that I had been charged for shirts that weren't mine and weren't even in the bag. Disappointing.

There is nothing "1/2 price" about this place! They are the most expensive dry cleaner in town!!!
They do horrible work! I took a jacket in with ink on it. I showed it to the girl there & asked if they could get it out. She said they would try. When I picked it up the ink stain hadn't even been touched. They said I should have pointed it out to them!! Seriously?? That's what I came in there for! Of course I pointed it out!!! Then they still charged me for it!!! I then took it to Grove City Cleaners and not only did they get the ink out...they didn't charge me for it when I told them about my experience at 1/2 price cleaners!!!!

Switched from a larger corp dry cleaner to 1/2 price dry cleaners and have been extremely happy with the results. This business is proof that you can get great service and very affordable prices. I have been using this business weekly for the last 6 months or so.
