SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Nowadays, there’s a day for everything. And today is National Spinach Day!

There are so many ways you can make, prepare, and eat spinach, so we brought in special guest Chef Joel Jewell from the Morris Inn to make us a “spinach pesto ramen” to help us celebrate the occasion!
