Javier Gullón was born in Logroño in 1975.[2]
He garnered a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 2nd Canadian Screen Awards for Enemy,[3] and two Goya Award nominations for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 27th Goya Awards for Invader,[4] and at the 34th Goya Awards for Advantages of Travelling by Train.[5]
His other films have included King of the Hill, Hierro, Out of the Dark, Aftermath,[2][1] and Rainbow.[6]
He has been married to Ayako Fujitani since 2016 and has two daughters.[7]
