Čeština: Jan Mikolášek (* 7. dubna 1889, Rokycany – 29. prosince 1973, Praha) byl český léčitel a znalec bylin. Hrob na Olšanských hřbitovech v Praze; Hřbitov VI, oddělení 16, hrob číslo 13a. Jan Mikolášek je pohřben v rodinné hrobce primáře docenta MUDr. Karla Urbánka (1884–1968), zdravotního rady, ke kterému se Mikolášek uchýlil po návratu z vězení a u něhož též zemřel zcela chudý.
English: Jan Mikolášek (* 7 April 1889, Rokycany - 29 December 1973, Prague) was a Czech healer and herbalist. Grave in Olšany Cemetery in Prague; Cemetery VI, section 16, grave number 13a. Jan Mikolášek is buried in the family tomb of Associate Professor Karel Urbánek, MD (1884-1968), the medical council to which Mikolášek took refuge after returning from prison and by whom he dead in personal poverty.
