BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man caught on home security video watching two women through their window.

According to the sheriff’s office, Ryan Devonta Williams, 32, is wanted on two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of Peeping Tom, and two counts of obscenity.

The arrest warrant states a man, later identified as Williams, allegedly touched himself while looking through the window of a home on Shadow Bluff Road on Aug. 23.

The two women, who are LSU students, were sitting in their living room when their home security notification on their phone signaled movement in their backyard.

When they checked outside, they reportedly saw a man inside their gated backyard with his penis exposed.

Investigators also believe Williams might be connected to a peeping case on Ben Hur Drive on the Sept. 16.

A woman reported seeing an unknown man who appeared to be looking through the window of another woman’s house.

Later, a woman directly across the street told BRPD she woke up to an unknown man standing in her bedroom staring at her. She told police he drove off in a silver Honda Accord.

EBRSO Larceny detectives are also looking at Williams as a potential suspect in an attempted break-in and theft that night at a home on Asoka Avenue, which is not far from Ben Hur Dr.

Security footage captured a man driving a 4 door silver Honda looking through a window and trying to find a way inside the home.

Investigators say the vehicle description matches a car registered to Williams.

Anyone with information about Williams’ whereabouts should contact EBRSO detectives at (225)389-5061 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 225-344-7867.

Williams is a convicted felon on simple burglary and possession of MDMA charges, according to the arrest warrant.
