BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Retired Baton Rouge Police Lieutenant Tim Henderson shares his unique perspective on the efforts to crack down on police pursuits in our area.
Henderson spent 32 years in law enforcement and acted in hundreds of pursuits, but one chase before he was a cop, changed his life forever.
A police pursuit in 1989 killed his father.
