phone is a great device reason why I upgraded was the larger battery which I haven't really notice a difference with the new software which I believe needs more tweaking the side camera button with cases seem to not be fluent enough so get one that doesn't cover or protect the button until apple fixes that issue and the new screen technology (LTPO) may need some getting use too overall great device

The phones are great, however I will be returning them and going with ATT as your rep, Sierra, lied to me about pricing. I have been with Verizon for a long time, ashame it has to end like this. This Rep should be called out for the way she has handled this transaction.

The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Upgraded from 14 Max Pro. It feels like Apple! It’s a matter of convenience at this point. Apart from the obvious camera button, the only improvements for me were that the phone feels lighter and the edges are smoother. Otherwise, the software is the same. So far, Beta Apple Intelligence is the same old Siri that can’t even answer simple questions and will just show some search results. ChatGPT set a standard for AI assistants, Siri a little late to the party. Oh there’s the action button. Not sure how useful it’s for now. Maybe it is for some people, maybe it’s serving a higher purpose that I can’t comprehend yet. I still use it to silence the phone. One thing Apple carried over from my 14 pro max is it will freeze mid-scroll or mid-typing and the only way to resume is to close the app.

I think my new phone would be way! better, if it had a physical SIM card. I upgraded from a 13 max pro and that one had better reception and overall faster. I like to play games on my phone and now it doesn’t seem possible to compete the way I did before. It’s sad that my next phone I buy will be from another country and cost twice as much so I can have physical SIM card. I’m very disappointed

Never received the phone after ordering it on Verizon website and customer service has been absolutely no help at all. I ordered it on 09/25/2024 and have had no communication whatsoever from Verizon,even after receiving a confirmation number and a email saying it was paid for and ready to ship I haven’t received it. Spent 4 hours with customer service and no results to date.
