Levi Gadye
Senior Public Information Representative – Science
Levi covers discovery sciences, including biomedical engineering, cancer, immunology, multiple sclerosis, pharmacy and pharmacology and stem cells.
Levi began his career as a scientist before pivoting to science writing, contributing to the Berkeley Science Review, io9, Motherboard, and the Society for Neuroscience. He also taught math and neuroscience to inmates through the Prison University Project and wrote science content for kids at Kiwi Co. He joined the Office of Communications after five years as an editor and writer for the UCSF School of Pharmacy. He holds neuroscience degrees from Brown University (BSc) and UC Berkeley (PhD).
