TTC: Starting tonight through Thursday, subway service on Line 1 between Spadina and St Andrew stations will end nightly at 11 p.m. for track work. Shuttle buses will operate, and regular service will resume the following morning at about 6 a.m. Detours are reported this morning on bus routes 29 and 42. Line 3 is permanently closed in Scarborough. Express buses are running between Kennedy and Scarborough Centre stations. Road closures and traffic: Highway 401 westbound collector is closed at Renforth Drive due to a collision. Highway 427 northbound ramp at Campus Road/Fasken Drive is closed due to long-term construction. Highway 401 eastbound ramp at Dixon Road/Martin Grove Road is also closed due to construction. • Highway 427 northbound express off-ramp at Campus Road / Fasken Drive, Toronto: all lanes closed until Dec. 5 at 12:59 a.m.

• Highway 401 eastbound off-ramp at Dixon Road / Martin Grove Rd, Toronto: all lanes closed until Dec. 4 at 7 a.m.

• Highway 401 westbound on-ramp at Allen Road, Toronto: all lanes closed until Dec. 15 at 6 a.m.

• Highway 401 westbound on-ramp at Dixon Road / Martin Grove Rd, Toronto: all lanes closed until Dec. 4 at 7 a.m.

• Highway 401 westbound on-ramp at Kennedy Road -Scarborough, Toronto: all lanes closed until Dec. 22 at 6 a.m.
