Sensual Dreams

Diana Ransom is a psychologist in San Fransisco. When Diana's cousin goes missing, Diana is led to Nicholas Gale, a mysterious man who avoids the daylight. Nicholas is an immortal who has lived through centuries, surviving by skimming the dreams of humans. When Nicholas starts to invade her erotic dreams, Diana find herself attracted to the tall blond stranger. Don't let the cover put you off from reading the book. I was reluctant to read the book at first because of the embarrassing cover. I'm glad that I managed to read it in the end. This is a very original story of a vampire who survives not by taking blood but by taking life force by weaving dreams. Susan Krinard is one of my favourite authors and her paranormal romances are always gripping reading. The chemistry between Nicholas and Diana is magnetic. The more you read about the dreams, the more you want to find out about Nicholas. The sex scenes are hot but sometimes it's difficult to know whether it is a dream or reality. Nicholas is a gorgeous hero, despite the ugly looking man on the cover. A very original read and highly recommended. Lealing

Perfectly sizzeling

This book is a real page turnner. It had everything a good romance should have. Wonderfully written. It was my first book by Susan Kinard but definatly not one of the last. I recomend this book to anyone who enjoys romantic escape reading!!!

This is a scorcher!!!

This is one of the best books I have ever read!! The way Susan Krinard pulls the reader in and never lets the tension ebb between Nick and Diana is sooo sexy, all the way to the end. These two are two of the hottest lovers ever!! I totally, totally recommend this book!!

Interesting and different - a mix well worth the read.

Generally, I do not read vampire books as I have no interest in them but I am always looking for a different read. Something out of the ordinary that still seems real enough to accept. I think the emotional components in the story allow for this sense of acceptance. You get drawn in by the characters of whom were well thought out and constructed. Each one pulled me in with a strong emotional impact. I hated the bad brother, and yet at the end of the story I wanted to read more about Adrian. With any luck Susan Krinard will tell his story too.

Wow!

This is one of the best novels I've read in a long time. It features the most original treatment of vampires that I can remember seeing (who ever would have thought of a vampire who feeds on dream essence? Well... OK, so at least one person thought of it....). The story itself may be fascinating, with two vampires who are the last of their race, sibling rivalry, and a gutsy woman who gets caught in the middle, but it's also an absolute scorcher of a romance. Read this one wearing asbestos! Oh, one last word of warning. You spend 9/10ths of the book loathing the villain, but.... Well, I'm not going to give away the ending. You want to find out, buy the book! It's worth it
