I never received this book, it was a pre-order and it never came

Ordered October 28, 2022, they sent Partial Preview- FOR SOLICITATION ONLY (book comes out April 4,2023) so they acted like it was a "pre-order". I never received the actual book and basically just gave this seller $18 and now thrift.com won't help because it was past the return date? Seriously, do not trust this seller! It's really sad to me someone did this here, I hope whoever you are you needed that money more than me so you must be poor af.
