Under the TV Show RANMA 1/2, I created a season 2 group without understanding the grouping feature. When i realized what this feature was, I wanted to delete the group i made, however there is no option to remove it.
Also, the show technically has 7 seasons, and i made season posters for the whole thing, however, I can only see season 1 and specials in plex even though there are groupings for all 7 seasons. And yes i understand thats the north american release.
The main thing, Is there anyway for me to delete the accidental grouping?

You need to file a content report on the corresponding series explaining what should be deleted and why.
This show has technically one single season. All the episodes are numbered consecutively. It seems that you are making a confusion between seasons and story arcs.
Episode groups doesn't support posters by group.
