It's up to the cook to save the day when terrorists take over a nuclear-armed battleship in "Under Siege" (1992), the action-packed thriller that captures Steven Seagal at the zenith of his stardom. Seagal is the former Navy SEAL turned cook who is on the scene when Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey lead a siege on the USS Missouri.
