Pokemon GO Holiday Part 1 rings the bells on the year-ending holiday festival season in-game. The event will see the debut of the Holiday Attire Dedenne, with lucky trainers also able to nab its shiny variant. Bonuses will be active for catching Pokemon and on egg-hatching distance.

Holiday Part 1 runs from Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 10 am local time to Sunday, December 22, 2024, at 9.59 am local time. The event bonuses are:

• 2× XP from catching Pokémon.
• 1/2 Hatch Distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event.
