Canadian TV host Ken Reid recently enjoyed a golf outing, playing at the simulator of TGL's SoFi Center. Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's upcoming tech-infused golf series has been making waves on the internet as it nears its first season. The inaugural season is set to start on January 7, 2025 and several players and other golf enthusiasts have been practicing at the simulator ahead of it.
Recently, Sportsnet co-anchor Ken Reid also played a few shots on the simulator, but he hit an errant shot, and the ball traveled into the gallery. The Canadian sports journalist shared a clip of his shot on his Instagram account. He humorously took a jibe at his own shot, writing:
"I bet Tiger, Rickie, and Rory can't do this."

Notably, the TGL golf series has a unique format. Its matches will take place inside the SoFi Center, which has been specially created for the series. Players will take their shots on a simulator and have a big screen in front of them. The players are required to aim their shots at the screen, but Reid hits it outside the screen into the gallery.
