Temporary Solution for EDGAR Display Issue

EDGAR is experiencing a technical issue displaying certain iXBRL files on SEC.gov. Our technical staff expect to resolve the problem after EDGAR operating hours today. In the interim, filers may use the following temporary solution to view the iXBRL data:

• Navigate to https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/(insert filer CIK) -- for example: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1372612
• Click on accession number folder
• Select (insert accession number)-xbrl.zip folder to download the folder
• Open the folder once downloaded and select HTML document to view

Thank you for your patience.  We expect to resolve the issue by 6 a.m. tomorrow for all incoming filings. The resolution for impacted filings from Thursday 6/1 will be posted as soon as possible.
