Kala Jamun is one of the most underrated summer fruits and this easy but delicious smoothie bowl proves why you should be using Indian super berry a lot more in your daily meals! 

Jamun Coconut smoothie bowl (serves 2) 

Coconut water - 1/2 cup
Frozen jamun - 3/4 cup 
Yogurt/plain curd - 1/2 cup 
Honey - 2 tsp 
Coconut flesh (malai) - 2 tbsp 

Some tips to keep in mind - 
- frozen fruit is what makes the smoothie nice and thick. If you don’t have time to freeze the fruit, simply throw in a few chunks of ice while blending. 
- If you don’t want to make a smoothie bowl, simply add more coconut water to make it thinner and drink it out of a glass!

Ninja Creami Recipes on Instagram: "Açai Bowl Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream 

All you need is three ingredients to make this super thick and creamy ice cream, and it’s only 310 calories for the WHOLE PINT! 

Base: 
1 cup 2% milk 
1 scoop @kononutrition unflavoured protein powder or @leanfitbrand vanilla protein powder 
1 cup açai berry blend 

Mix together all ingredients and freeze 24 hours. 
Once frozen spin on the smoothie bowl setting.
My base only needed 1 spin on smoothie bowl, but your base may need 1-3 spins. 
Top with your favorite smoothie bowl toppings or enjoy as is!
