All you need is one kettlebell, some space and 20 minutes.⏱️

In this workout we’re going to be covering all of the major movement patterns and literally hundreds of muscles.💪 

Set a timer and lets GO!👇

⚡️A1) Goblet Clean x 10
⚡️A2) Goblet Squat x10
⚡️A3) SA Push Press x 5 L&R
⚡️A4) SA Strike Row x 10 L&R
⚡️A5) The Horn Curl x 10
⚡️A6) Standing Tricep Extension x 10

Complete as a circuit taking minimal rest between exercises.😅

Shoot for 2-3 rounds depending on how much you can squeeze into 20minutes‼️
