But, lets talk about toe touches. ⠀ There are 3 things that contribute to a beautiful toe touch. If these 3 things aren't executed height becomes irrelevant. ⠀ ⠀ (1) Keep your chest & head up. Use your t and tuck jump drills to practice upper body positioning.⠀ (2) Point your toes. This seems basic but scroll through IG and look for jumps you won't struggle to find flexed feet. You can also work on this using t jumps or doing leg lifts in a seated straddle position.⠀ (3) Rotate & position your legs: your knees should be facing somewhere between the ceiling (novice) and behind you (advance).
