Today’s housing should be able to change according to our needs in a reversible and simple way. Our proposal offers an alternative housing concept that is capable of giving a more immediate answer to our continuous changeable needs: “I don’t want a new apartment, only an extra room”.

In order to engage the sustainable agenda with the public one approach to consider are opportunities which take of advantage of existing infrastructure.

Grid: Equally spaced, perpendicular streets. Need not consist of straight lines. Simplifies subdivision of land for agricultural and urban use. Well suited to level ground, but can be adapted to sloping ground. Radial: Directs flow from a common center. Beltways allow through traffic to bypass the center to alleviate congestion. Linear: Useful where development is restricted by natural topography (narrow valley) or parallels with existing transportation artery (railroad, freeway).
