Adam Longenbach Joins Paul, Weiss as Counsel

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Adam Longenbach has joined the firm as counsel in the Finance Group of the Corporate Department, resident in New York.

Adam has a diverse practice representing private equity sponsors, investment funds, creditors, borrowers, issuers and distressed investors in a wide range of transactions, including acquisition financings, distressed debt investments, liability management transactions and restructurings. Adam has significant experience advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financing, distressed debt investments, liability management transactions, refinancings and recapitalizations.

His recent representations include, among others, DL Chemical in connection with the financing for its acquisition of Kraton Corp., a producer of specialty polymers; Isagenix in connection with an out-of-court restructuring; a consortium of investors in connection with the recapitalization of Belk; Centric Brands in connection with a financing for its carve-out acquisition of a significant portion of Global Brands Group Holding Limited’s North American licensing business; and American Express Global Business Travel in its senior secured Term Loan B and multicurrency revolving facility with Morgan Stanley.

Adam received his J.D. from Villanova University, where he served as associate editor for the Villanova Law Review. He earned his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.
