A teenage girl has described the ‘vile’ moment two men allegedly raped her in the back of a car parked down a farm lane in Wheatley.

Ashley Mundee, 22, and Huseyin Ninnola, 23, are both on trial at Oxford Crown Court accused of sexually assaulting two 15-year-old girls on July 18 last year.

They are accused of plying the teens with alcohol and drugs before driving them to a isolated farm track in Wheatley and assaulting them.

Both men have denied the offence against the girls, who cannot be named for legal reasons, with Mundee allegedly telling police there was only ‘some consensual kissing’.

During the trial opening on Tuesday (January 7), prosecutor Edward Lucas told the jury that Mundee had added one of the girls on Snapchat, a social media app, several weeks prior to the incident.

Reportedly, Mundee and Ninnola then bought alcohol from Sainsburys in Heyford Hill before driving to Jackie’s Lane, Wheatley – despite alleged requests from the girls to go to a public park.

Prosecutor Mr Lucas said: “They were drinking and smoking weed on the journey. [One girl] said she thinks she passed out.

“It’s then, the prosecution say, that the defendants decided to assault the girls.”

The court heard that Ninnola allegedly began kissing one girls necks, stroking her hair and thighs before she ran from the car with the third girl and phone the police.

However, one girl remained in the vehicle. It is alleged she was then raped by both defendants in turn whilst being filmed.

Speaking to police, the girl said: “I [was] screaming, ‘Can you just stop please?’ and then I don’t really remember what happened during that period of time.

“I said, ‘Ash [Mundee] get off me, this is vile.”

Police arrived and arrested the defendants at the scene.

Mundee allegedly told one of the officers: “I just wanted to go home, [I said], ‘Lets drive you back’ but [Ninnola] took it further and some madness happened.”

Both men have been charged with one count each of rape and oral rape. Mundee, of Hertford Road, Enfield, has pleaded guilty to two alternative counts of sexual activity with a child.

Ninnola, of Downs Road, Lower Hackney, has been charged separately with two alternative counts of sexual activity with a child, three counts of sexual assault and one count of strangulation.
