The trial of a young man accused of assault, non-fatal strangulation and threats to kill has been delayed.
Cameron Riordan, of Reedmace Close, Oxford, was due to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court on Monday morning (January 6).
However, the Crown made an application not to proceed with the trial due to issues out of their control.

Riordan will remain in custody during this time.
