Police in Oxford are searching for an e-scooter rider who trapped a woman and shouted expletives at her.

At around 4.45pm on Thursday, December 12, a man on an e-scooter was verbally abusive to a woman driving along Oxford Road near Edmund Road.

He proceeded to park his e-scooter in Marsh Road and stand in front of her vehicle, refusing to move whilst continuing to shout expletives towards her.

The victim did not sustain injuries.

Thames Valley Police has released an image this week of a man officers would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
