DELIVERY

When will my box be delivered?

All monthly boxes are dispatched around the 23rd - 27th of each month. You will receive an email update when your box has been dispatched and it will arrive 3-5 days after dispatch.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any other countries from the UK at this time.

 

Subscription Information

At OK! Beauty Box, it's our mission to provide you with the very latest in luxury cosmetic and beauty products every single month, delivered straight to your door.

Our aim is to make your subscription with us as easy and as flexible as we possibly can, in order to provide you with an exciting new way of discovering the very best products that we are confident you'll love.

To make things as simple as possible we only offer one subscription, and that is our Monthly Beauty Box Subscription. You'll receive one beauty box every month at a cost of just ÂŁ15 including free shipping (*Terms Apply) and full tracking. New boxes are launched on the 15th of each month. Recurring payments are always charged on the same date you subscribe.

You can skip a month or cancel at any time, meaning you're always in control.

As part of our mission to put our loyal subscribers first, we're also committed to doing our bit to reduce waste and help the environment which is why all of our boxes are now 100% recyclable and eco-friendly.

*Please note: Once you purchase a subscription from us, you'll need to create an account - (don't worry this is free of charge) whereby you'll be able to stay 100% in control of your subscriptions. Within your account area you can access all of the information regarding your subscription and how to manage it.

Customer Account

Once you have made a purchase with us you'll need to create an account so that you can manage your subscription. This is super easy and only takes 30 seconds.

If you're using a mobile:

- Click the 3 lines icon in the top right of the screen

- Select Log In

- Click 'create account' under the Sign In button

- Follow the steps making sure to use the same email address as you did for your purchase

If using a desktop:

- Click the 'person' icon in the top right of the screen

- Click 'Create Account' under the Sign In button

- Follow the steps making sure to use the same email address as you did for your purchase

*An account is not automatically created when you purchase.

Box & Delivery Information

New boxes are always launched on the 15th of each month.

Recurring payments are always charged on the same date as when you subscribe.

Your box will start being dispatched from the 17th of the month and can take up to 5 working days to be processed. After this, boxes will be dispatched within 2 working days.

You will receive an email update when your box has been dispatched.

Deliveries can be expected 3 working days (Mon-Fri) after the dispatch email is received.

In some cases it is not uncommon for deliveries to either be misplaced or not arrive at all.

We do provide all customers with a tracking number so that you can track your order until it is delivered.

Tracking numbers are provided automatically when you receive your dispatch email.

In the case that your order is not delivered please do contact us at [email protected] and one of our team will respond as soon as is possible. Usually always within 24 hours.

If we can see that your box was not delivered and or/is damaged, we will issue a replacement box to be sent immediately.

We currently deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any other countries from the UK at this time.

After purchasing your subscription you'll be provided with access to your Customer Account area where you'll have full control over you subscription. Just to be safe, we'll include a link to your account area via email.

The courier company we use is Hermes and is fully tracked.

Hermes provide an SMS service whereby you will be updated on the delivery status of your box. Please make sure to provide your mobile number when subscribing to take advantage of this free service.

Boxes are typically delivered within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of the dispatch email.

Due to current volumes, your box might be delayed. If you have not received your box and it has been 7 working days since you received your dispatch email, please contact us here and one of our friendly staff will assist you.

Please make sure you have your Order Number to hand.

Upon delivery, boxes are not required to be signed for and will always be left somewhere safe - when possible - if you are not home at the time. 

Hermes will also provide an option when they text you to divert your delivery. All info can be found here >

In the unlikely event that a product is now no longer available, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value and inform you of this product replacement via email. 

Subscribers now have the option to add previous boxes from our back catalogue to their upcoming orders. Simply log into your Customer Account area and click the 'Add Product' button to see which boxes are available to add to your next delivery.

We now offer Next Day Delivery for mainland UK at an additional charge of ÂŁ4.99.

Orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day aiming to delivery within 24hrs. However, in certain circumstances delivery may take up to 48hrs.

PAYMENT & BILLING

At present we are only able to accept debit and credit cars with the following logos: VISA, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay.

Yes we do accept internationally registered debit or credit cards but please note we are unable to dispatch outside of the UK.

All of your important information is stored in your Customer Account area whereby you can add/change and update whatever you need to. You'll need to create an account with us after purchase. Please see the Customer Account section below for details on this.

Your recurring monthly payment will always be on the same date as when you subscribed.

So for example if you subscribe on the 28th of the month, your payment will be accepted and your box dispatched for that month. On the 28th of the following month your recurring payment will be charged and your box for that month will then be dispatched within 5 days.

** If you have a 3 or 6 month subscription then your charge date will fall on the same date as when you subscribed.

For example if you have a 3 month subscription and signed up on the 9th of December, your recurring charge will be the 9th of March.

Please contact us here and one of our friendly staff will get back to you ASAP.

All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically charge you on the same date every month. This will always be the same as the date when you subscribed.

This is the same for our prepaid 3 and 6 month subscriptions that auto-renew on the same date very 3 or 6 months.

Please note: If you fail to cancel 5 days before your subscription is set to renew then the charge will remain for that month.

This also applies if you have a 3 or 6 month subscription.

Please note that cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before your recurring payment date. This also applies to a 3 or 6 month subscription.

If you fail to cancel at least 5 days before your next charge date, your payment will be collected and the box.

***Please also note: Sending an email requesting to cancel does not constitute a cancellation. A response from our Customer Services Team is required for a full cancellation, unless you cancel via your account area.

We do not offer cancellation by telephone.

The 1 month subscription plan is renewed automatically every month until you cancel.

You must cancel at least 5 days before your charge date in order to not get charged for the next box.

For example you must cancel by the 10th of the month if your charge date is the 15th.

For the 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you pay in advance and your subscription will automatically renew after this time unless you decide to cancel.

You must cancel at least 5 days before your upcoming charge date.

For example you must cancel by the 10th of the month if your charge date is the 15th.


Please note that orders in progress cannot be cancelled and will be charged as normal.

We don't offer returns or refunds as standard but are able to review this on a case by case basis so please do get in contact if you have any queries. For a refund the box will need to still be sealed to ensure the products have not been used and still in a resealable condition.

In this instance once the payment has been taken, you won't be able to skip that month.

In order to avoid this, you must skip the month at least 5 days before your next payment is due.

For example, if your next payment date is the 15th then you must click the 'skip next box' button no later than the 10th.

e-Gift Vouchers

Our OK! Beauty Box e-Gift vouchers are the perfect gift for a friend or loved one.

Purchasing is very easy and straightforward. Simply purchase an e-Gift Voucher here and then you'll receive it via email. You can then either print it off or forward it via email to the recipient.

If you have been gifted an e-Gift Voucher then we're very excited to welcome you to the club.

Simply click here to redeem your voucher. At the Checkout, you must input your e-Gift Voucher code into the 'e-Gift voucher or discount code' box to apply it.

*Please note, when redeeming the voucher a credit/debit card will be required for verification but no money will be deducted.

You can purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month e-Gift Voucher.


3 months = ÂŁ42 (ÂŁ14 per box)

6 months = ÂŁ78 (ÂŁ13 per box)

12 months = ÂŁ150 (ÂŁ12.50 per box)

You'll have 12 months to redeem your voucher before it expires.

*Important information: e-Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Once redeemed, they cannot be cancelled/refunded. You will not be eligible for a refund if not redeemed within the expiration date.

e-Gift Vouchers do not auto-renew after your subscription period ends.
