We get your personal data from the following sources:

  • From the Novo Nordisk employee invited you to the event

We process personal data about you for the purpose of having events to which you are invited and attend.

If you do not wish for Novo Nordisk to process your personal data, you will not be able to attend events at Novo Nordisk.

For the purposes described above in Section 2, we may process the following types of personal data:

  • Contact information (your name and email)
  • Company name
  • Event attendance

Our processing of your personal data requires a legal basis.

By law, we are allowed to process your personal data described above in Section 3 as processing of this data is necessary for our legitimate interests. The legitimate interests are for Novo Nordisk to hold events and meetings to which you are invited and attend.

We may share your personal data with suppliers or vendors that assist our company (e.g., consultants, IT service providers and similar).

We will keep your personal data for the following period of time:

We delete your data within 30 days after attending the event in question.

  • You can have your personal data deleted or destroyed
  • You can have us stop or limit processing of your personal data
