CHRISTINA WEDDING, is now in her 12th season with Jets, enters her first as director, personnel operations after previously serving three years as the assistant director, personnel operations. In her role, she assists the entire personnel department including pro scouting, college scouting and football administration in the day-to-day logistics, overall planning for the department, communication with the league office, and internal communication among football operations departments.

Additionally, Wedding is responsible for implementing the protocols of the pro and college scouting departments. She works to develop scouting tools and manage player information used to facilitate the scouting process, including the scouting combine, free agency and the NFL Draft.

She previously worked as coordinator, personnel operations for two years, after serving as administrative assistant to player personnel for seven years.

A New Jersey Native, Wedding grew up in Ocean County. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a communication degree. Her and her husband, Chris, reside in Somerville, NJ.
