What’s Leaving Netflix October 2024: Movies and Shows - Netflix Tudum
- Everett CollectionWhat To WatchWatch Jumanji, Crazy Rich Asians, and a whole marathon of Chucky films before the month’s over.By Dalene RovenstineSept. 30, 2024
As you put out the candy corn and decorative pumpkins, it’s also time to start loading up your queue with scary movies. The month of October is the perfect time for feature films that will give you chills and thrills. There are a few cult hits that are leaving Netflix this month, so you’ll want to watch them while you still have a chance.
You may want to start with It Follows, a 2014 modern-day classic that depicts a young woman being haunted by a supernatural entity after a sexual encounter. Or, if you prefer your classics to be a bit more classic, you could also watch six different Chucky films before they leave this month. Watch the serial-killer doll as he tries to possess a human body (Child’s Play 2), searches for a magical amulet (Bride of Chucky), or builds an army by splitting his spirit into multiple dolls (Cult of Chucky).
Even if scary isn’t your scene, there are movies you’ll want to squeeze in before the month ends. Fall in love with a romance like Crazy Rich Asians; entertain the whole family with flicks like The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Sonic the Hedgehog, or Jumanji; or visit the end of civilization in World War Z.
No matter what genre of film or TV show you decide to watch this October, be sure to get the titles into your queue before it’s too late. Read on to see more films and TV shows leaving Netflix in the US in October.
