Other Agreements

Customer Data Processing Addendum	Applies where NEOGOV Processes Personal Data (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation) on behalf of Customer. Customers may download and complete this Schedule following the instructions in the preamble of the DPA. Upon receipt of the validly completed DPA by Governmentjobs.com, Inc. at this email address, this DPA will become legally binding.
HRIS Addendum	Applies where Customer has ordered SaaS Applications or Professional Services related to: NEOGOV Core HR, NEOGOV Payroll, and NEOGOV Time and Attendance.
PowerEngage Platform Addendum	Applies where Customer has purchased the PowerEngage Platform.
Professional Services Addendum	Applies where Customer has ordered professional services such as training, implementation, and customizations related to the SaaS Applications.
AI Addendum	Applies only to the AI Tools provided to Customer by NEOGOV as part of the Services.
