Spring Involvement Fair

Tuesday, January 21st from 6:30pm-9:30pm

What is the Spring Involvement Fair?

Looking for a way to get involved? The Spring Involvement Fair is a tradition that takes place each January, giving students an opportunity to explore more options for their involvement. Student organizations will have individual tables set up throughout the MUB where students can check out the organizations.

The Spring Involvement Fair is a great opportunity for students to connect with many student leaders, discover organizations they might want to join, and become a part of an organization where they can find friends, fun, and great experiences! Best of all, plenty of Michigan Tech's Registered Student Organizations will have activities so you can learn more about them and how you can get involved.

With over 250 Student Organizations at Michigan Tech, there is something for everyone.

Any questions can be directed to [email protected].

RSO Registration

Looking to register your organization for Spring Involvement Fair?

Please reserve your organization's spot in the fair by midnight on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email no later than January 17th containing your organization's table number and additional information. Please have your activities planned before filling out this registration - indoor appropriate activities are permitted.

Keep in mind, space is limited. Orgs cannot charge for giveaways such as apparel, a raffle, a fundraiser, etc.

This year, a new option for Spring Involvement Fair is having RSOs host bigger, org related activities for students to participate in called Featured Activities. We are reserving a large section of the MUB Ballroom to use for these activities. If you would like to host a Featured Activity, we encourage it to be related to your RSO. If you complete the Registration and Risk Management Plan before December 8th, SLI will advertise your Featured Event with the Spring Involvement Fair advertisements. Hosting a Featured Activity is not required for an RSO to participate, table displays or small activities are still appreciated.

By filling in your contact information, you will be the primary contact for your organization for Spring Involvement Fair. Please be sure to check your email regularly in the weeks leading up to the event for important announcements and information.
