Brand and consumer-focused S3 Agency, based in Boonton, NJ, has merged with B2B specialist McMillan, based in Ottawa, Ontario. 

The merger comes after a year-long partnership during which the agencies worked jointly on clients across industries such as luxury automotive, tourism, sustainability, high tech, home goods, education, and insurance. 

The combined entity’s executive team includes CEO Denise Blasevick (S3 cofounder) and Chief Creative Officer Gordon McMillan (founder, McMillan) and Chief Operations Officer Adam Schnitzer (cofounder, S3). 

The agencies will retain their current names for now although a rebranding is being planned for the future. 

S3 clients include BMW North America, Franklin Mutual Insurance and Rao’s Homemade. 

McMillan has worked with clients like Intuit, United Rentals and Dunn & Bradstreet.
