Targeted Victory, an audience targeting firm focused on Republican political candidates, on Wednesday announced a partnership with Lotame, a data management platform (DMP), and will be the first to use Lotame’s cross-device audience targeting offering. Targeted Victory continues to ramp up its offering with the 2014 midterm elections less than two months away.
“Over 50% of traffic is on a mobile device, and the highly personal nature of smartphones and tablets means political audiences can be reached in more of a lean-in, engaged mindset than many traditional channels,” stated Targeted Victory co-founder Michael Beach.
He added that it had previously been difficult for Targeted Victory to reach “the same political audiences on mobile that [they] reached on desktop,” which is why they partnered with Lotame. Lotame claims their cross-device DMP allows for audience targeting across mobile, tablet, desktop and television.
