The LIRR MTA Away Package entitles you to:

A perfect staycation that’s a short ride from Manhattan, Brooklyn or Jamaica. Buy the LIRR Long Beach package for discounted rail/beach admission and once you’re there, the station is just a short walk from attractions and eateries — no shoes required.
The MTA Deal
The Long Beach package includes discounted train tickets to/from Long Beach station, admission to the beach, and a City of Long Beach bus voucher (show your voucher on the bus for a free ride). The package is valid on weekends from May 25, 2024 through June 23, 2024, then daily from June 27, 2024 through September 2, 2024.
How to Get Your Tickets
Tickets may be purchased at Gray, Green or Blue Ticket Machines at LIRR stations. Select "MTA Away Deals," then "Long Island Deals," then the tour or package. Multiple tickets/vouchers will print. Be sure to take all items dispensed. Click here for more info from the MTA.
