Livius is a website on ancient history written and maintained since 1996 by the Dutch historian Jona Lendering. It started at a different URL; the present one has been in use since 2000.

The website is not for profit; with a couple of exceptions that have been indicated, you can use every photo and text, provided that you do not make profit either. A link back is appreciated.
