So, it’s men’s health week… A gentle reminder to check in on your mates and care about the answer they give you. If you or a mate need it, Samaritans phone number is: 116 123 It also means, take a second to check on your own health and wellbeing… and, well, your 🥜’s. In all seriousness though, these awareness days are exactly that. They are something that is designed to bring it to your attention again after dealing with the ‘stuff’ life throws at you. But only looking after your health and wellbeing for one week a year would be like throwing a stone into a lake and expecting the ripples to last a year… Workplaces - awareness is great, effectively supporting men’s health throughout the year is better. #menshealthweek #workplacewellbeing #hr #wellbeing #healthandwellbeing

Let’s talk about it. June is Men’s health month, highlighting the need to bring awareness to all parts of men’s health, both physical and mental. Men are told to “suck it up” quite often, but over the years we’ve learned, whether it’s trying to hide pain, or trying to tough it out it can lead to further complications that could have been avoided. Men have always been seen as providers and that pressure sometimes means them not taking care of themselves. Men’s health month is about providing awareness so that men can prioritize their health and others can realize the importance of prioritizing their health. Our director of employee benefits, Michael Lopez understands this and makes sure to pair your staff with the plan that best prioritizes their health and needs. Have any questions about how employee benefits can best serve you? Prioritizing Human Well-being: A Focus on Healthcare Initiatives" ≈========≈======≈========≈================== Today, I've been reflecting on the importance of prioritizing human health in our modern world. In today's fast-paced environment, people are heavily engaged both mentally and physically, often neglecting their own well-being and bodily needs. I believe it's crucial to bring this issue to the forefront of our community's attention. We need to cultivate an environment where human health receives the same level of care and consideration as the work we do in our organizations. We must value human life, recognizing it as a precious gift bestowed upon us by a higher power. I strongly believe that good health is foundational to achieving success and fulfillment in life. Every individual's life holds immense value and deserves utmost care and attention. It's essential to strike a balance between work responsibilities and human health. Companies ought to embrace healthcare policies and ensure their implementation, fostering prolonged happiness and well-being among their employees. Let's collaborate to foster a culture of wellness and create a healthier environment for all. #Promote Work-Life Balance #Provide Mental Health Support #Healthy Eating Initiatives #Promote Open Communication
